Keywords: For an even texture without cracks, bake in a water bath by placing the springform pan in a larger dish filled with hot water. Let all ingredients sit at room temperature before mixing to ensure a creamy batter. For added flavor, consider swirling in some fruit puree or chocolate before baking.
