  • 23 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt another tablespoon of butter and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream while stirring constantly.
  4. Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
