- 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper, and Italian herbs (thyme or basil) to taste
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper; mince the garlic.
