Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Strawberry Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine the chopped strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the strawberries break down and the sauce thickens. Set aside to cool.
2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling: In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, strawberry puree, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
3️⃣ Assemble the Wonton Bites: Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface and spoon about 1 tablespoon of the cheesecake filling into the center. Brush the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold the wrapper into a triangle, sealing the edges tightly. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
4️⃣ Fry the Wonton Bites: Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or frying pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the wonton bites into the oil, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for 2–3 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy.
