  • 34 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 4 Whole Grain Tortilla Wraps
  • 2 Cups Mixed Greens (spinach and arugula)
  • 1 Cup Halved Cherry Tomatoes
  • ½ Cup Greek Yogurt
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill over medium heat for 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through; let rest before slicing.
  2. In a bowl, mash avocados with lemon juice until creamy but chunky. Add salt to taste.
