- 2 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated ginger
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
For the spicy mayo dip:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, and sriracha. Mix until everything is well incorporated.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat 1-2 tbsp oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs in batches, turning them occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- For the spicy mayo dip, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and sriracha sauce in a small bowl until smooth. Adjust the sriracha to your desired spice level.
- Serve the meatballs on a platter with the spicy mayo dip on the side.
