  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or turkey with taco seasoning and form into patties.
  3. Grill the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
  4. On a separate skillet over low heat, place a tortilla and add shredded cheese on one half.

  6. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts.
