  • 8 oz sirloin or ribeye steak
  • 4 cups mixed greens (romaine and arugula)
  • 4 strips bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • ½ cup blue cheese crumbles
  • Dressing of choice (ranch or vinaigrette)

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain and chop.
