Instructions

  3. Stir-fry garlic and ginger for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir constantly for 5-7 minutes until vibrant and tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in soy sauce; if using cornstarch, mix it with a bit of water before adding to thicken the sauce. Stir until glossy for about 2 minutes.
