Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

  4. Beat in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

  7. Drop cookie dough onto prepared sheets, pressing your thumb into each ball to create space for the filling.
  8. Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft. Cool on wire racks.
