  • 2 medium Russet or Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Sea salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them thinly using a mandoline or sharp knife.
  2. Soak the potato slices in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Drain and pat the slices dry with paper towels.
  4. Toss dried potato slices in a bowl with olive oil and salt until evenly coated; add any additional seasonings as desired.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 360°F (182°C) for 5 minutes.
  6. Place potato slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden brown.
