Easter Poke Cake is a festive, colorful dessert bursting with fruity flavors and creamy toppings, perfect for spring celebrations.

  • 1 Boxed Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 Package Strawberry or Raspberry Jello
  • 1 Cup Boiling Water
  • 1 Container Whipped Topping
  • Fresh Strawberries (sliced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the vanilla cake mix, eggs, and water until smooth. Pour into the prepared dish.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before poking holes all over the cake with a wooden spoon handle.
  4. Mix jello with boiling water in a separate bowl until dissolved, then pour over the poked cake.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  6. Once chilled, spread whipped topping over the cake and top with fresh strawberries before serving.
