French Dip Sliders are a mouthwatering delight that combines tender, slow-cooked beef with the perfect blend of spices, all nestled in soft slider buns and served with savory au jus for dipping.

Ingredients

  • Slider Buns
  • Chuck Roast (2-3 pounds)
  • Low-Sodium Beef Broth
  • Garlic Powder
  • Dried Thyme
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Season the chuck roast generously with garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Place the seasoned roast in a slow cooker and pour in enough beef broth to cover half of the roast. Cook on low for 8 hours until tender.
  3. 3. Shred the beef using two forks and return it to the broth.
