  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup pure honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and marinate chicken in a mixture of soy sauce, honey, garlic, and sesame oil for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  3. Pour the remaining marinade into the skillet and simmer for 3-5 minutes until it thickens to create a sticky glaze.
  4. Stir in toasted sesame seeds before serving. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot over rice or noodles.
