  • ½ Onion, chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced

Instructions

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with onions until no pink remains.
  3. Add cumin and chili powder; cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Mix in diced tomatoes and garlic; heat through for an additional 3-5 minutes.
  5. Lay tortillas flat, spoon beef mixture down the center, top with shredded cheese, and roll tightly.
