- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup Sloppy Joe sauce
- 2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 1 ½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the chopped onions and bell peppers until softened, about 5 minutes.
