Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and finely chop the onion and celery.
  2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion and celery until softened (about 5 minutes).
  3. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker; season generously with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix stuffing with chicken broth, sautéed vegetables, and melted butter until moistened.

  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
