  • 34 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 oz pasta (fettuccine or penne)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden brown (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, add minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly until it reaches a gentle simmer. Add parmesan cheese and mix until melted and smooth.
  5. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and add to the skillet with the sauce. Toss gently to coat.
