Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, cocoa powder, and baking soda until smooth.
  3. Stir in maple syrup, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined; the batter should be thick yet pourable.
  4. Gently fold in dark chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
