  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8×8-inch baking dish or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together glutinous rice flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and baking powder until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry mixture, stirring gently. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges pull away but center remains slightly underbaked.
