  • 1/3 cup hot honey
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix hot honey, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, olive oil, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a ziplock bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  4. Grill marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until grill marks appear and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
