Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 6 slices thick-cut bacon (chopped)
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

Cook pasta:
Cook the fettuccine in salted boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Cook bacon:
In a skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon and set aside, but keep the bacon grease in the skillet.

Brown beef:
In the same skillet with the bacon grease, add the ground beef. Brown the beef for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked, breaking it apart as it cooks.

Season beef:
Add the garlic powder and onion powder to the beef and cook for another minute, stirring constantly.

Make Alfredo sauce:
Gradually pour in the heavy cream while stirring. Let the cream warm through, then add freshly grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth.

Toss pasta and bacon:
Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss it in the sauce until evenly coated. Stir in the crumbled crispy bacon.

Serve:
Serve the Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta hot, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.

Enjoy your delicious and creamy meal!
