Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and mix until fluffy. Incorporate sour cream and eggs until well blended.
  3. Toss apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice; layer over cheesecake filling.
  4. In another bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and optional nuts until crumbly; sprinkle over apples.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center. Cool completely before removing from the springform pan.
