  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the prepared baking dish. Season generously with salt and pepper, then drizzle half of the marinade over the salmon.
