  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the steak against the grain and dicing the bell peppers and onion.
