  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup shredded whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 package (17.3 oz) puff pastry sheets (2 sheets)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  3. Add diced chicken breasts seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until no longer pink.

  5. Roll out puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut into squares.
  6. Spoon filling onto each square, fold to seal edges with a fork.
  7. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with remaining olive oil.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
