  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup toasted hazelnuts
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare your graham cracker crust by pressing it into a pie pan.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt dark chocolate chips with half of the heavy cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Add sugar, remaining heavy cream, vanilla extract, and salt to the melted chocolate; mix until glossy.
  4. Gently fold in half of the toasted hazelnuts, keeping some for garnish.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
  6. Refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight until set.
