- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3 cups Lucky Charms cereal
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda; gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in Lucky Charms cereal and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden around the edges but soft in the center. Cool on wire racks before serving.
