Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and sugar until well combined.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold wet ingredients into the dry mixture without overmixing.
  3. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  4. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top (about 3-4 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown (another 2-3 minutes).
  5. Keep pancakes warm in a low oven while cooking the remaining batter. Serve stacked high with your favorite toppings.
