- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 cup milk (or milk alternative)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and sugar until well combined.
- In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. Gently fold wet ingredients into the dry mixture without overmixing.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on top (about 3-4 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown (another 2-3 minutes).
