  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles to fit your muffin tin. Press them gently into each cup.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and heavy cream until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Fold in your choice of chopped vegetables, cheese, and meat if using.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared crusts until nearly full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on top and set in the center.
