  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 cup M&Ms candies (regular or mini)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking soda. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the Rice Krispies and M&Ms gently.
  6. Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, spacing about 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
  7. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
