Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a lined baking pan and bake for 10 minutes until golden.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar while mixing until combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in orange juice, zest, and vanilla extract until just blended.
  4. Pour filling over the cooled crust and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Allow to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least two hours (or overnight). Cut into squares and top with whipped cream if desired.
