Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz thinly sliced ribeye or sirloin steak
  • 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
  • 1 medium bell pepper, sliced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft (5–7 minutes).
  2. Increase heat to high, add the sliced steak, and season with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Cook until browned but tender (3–4 minutes).
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Layer the sautéed steak mixture in the center of the dough and top generously with shredded provolone cheese.
  5. Fold the sides of the dough over the filling and roll tightly to form a log shape. Pinch seams to seal.
  6. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush the top with egg wash for a golden finish.
  7. Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
