  • 1 cup dumpling wrappers (thin)
  • 2 cups fresh spinach (chopped)

  • 1 inch fresh ginger (grated)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by sautéing minced garlic in sesame oil until fragrant. Add chopped scallions and grated ginger; cook until softened.
  2. In a bowl, combine the sautéed mixture with raw spinach and soy sauce. Mix well and taste for seasoning.
  3. Assemble dumplings by placing about one tablespoon of filling on each wrapper. Wet edges with water, fold over, and seal tightly.
  4. Steam the dumplings in a pot for about 10 minutes or until translucent and cooked through.
  5. Serve warm with soy sauce or chili oil on the side.
