Ingredients

  • Lasagna noodles
  • Ricotta cheese

  • Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente; drain and lay flat to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, half of the mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Spread marinara sauce on each noodle, place about two tablespoons of filling at one end, and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour remaining marinara sauce over the rolls and sprinkle with the rest of the mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25 minutes; uncover and bake an additional 15 minutes until bubbly.
