  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 46 lemons)

Instructions

  1. Juice the lemons until you have 1 cup of fresh lemon juice, straining out seeds and pulp.
  2. In a pitcher, mix the lemon juice with 1 cup of granulated sugar until dissolved.
  3. Add 4 cups of filtered water and stir well. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemon mixture without deflating it.
  6. If desired, add a few drops of pink food coloring and stir gently.
