Ingredients

  • Ground Beef
  • Onion
  • Carrots
  • Frozen Peas
  • Beef Broth
  • Tater Tots
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion and diced carrots until softened.
  2. Add ground beef, cooking until browned. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour in beef broth and simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thickened. Mix in frozen peas just before assembling.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, layer with tater tots on top, and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  5. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 25–30 minutes until tater tots are crispy and cheese is bubbling.
