- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 medium Persian cucumber, diced
- 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
