  • 4 fresh figs, quartered
  • 2 firm pears, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons local honey
  • 1/4 cup toasted walnuts, chopped
  • Fresh thyme sprigs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange quartered figs and pear slices on one side of the baking sheet, leaving space for the brie.
  3. Place the wheel of brie in the center. Allow it to reach room temperature before baking.
