  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced)
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  3. Place the oiled side down on the grill grates and cook for 3-5 minutes until grill marks appear.

  5. Close the grill lid and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
