  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions
