  • 1 box (15.25 oz) white cake mix
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 oz red Jello powder (cherry flavor)
  • 3 oz blue Jello powder (blueberry flavor)
  • 8 oz Cool Whip topping (thawed)
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the white cake mix, eggs, and water. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Remove from oven and let cool slightly. Use a fork to poke holes all over the top of the cake.
  5. Dissolve red Jello powder in boiling water according to package instructions and pour half over the poked cake. Repeat with blue Jello using the remaining mixture.
  6. Chill in the fridge for about an hour until set.
  7. Spread Cool Whip evenly over the top of the cake once set.
  8. Decorate with fresh strawberries and blueberries before serving.
