  • 2 large fresh lemons, juiced and zested
  • 1 cup orzo pasta
  • 1 cup fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach or kale, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic and zesting lemons.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, add olive oil. Cook chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from pot.

  5. Stir in spinach or kale until wilted (about 2 minutes).
