- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream (or milk)

- 2 green onions, sliced thinly
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
