  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth (low-sodium)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by washing and chopping the broccoli into small florets. Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
  2. In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Add the onions and sauté until translucent (about 5 minutes).
  3. Stir in garlic and broccoli; cook for another 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
