  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add chicken seasoned with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  3. Toss in broccoli florets during the last few minutes of cooking the chicken, allowing them to steam slightly until bright green but still crisp.
  4. Reduce heat to low; pour in heavy cream and whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, chicken-broccoli mixture, and Alfredo sauce; stir until evenly coated.
  6. Transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with extra cheese if desired and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
