  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz fresh mushrooms (cremini or button)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth

  • ½ cup dry Marsala wine
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  5. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4 hours. Stir in heavy cream before serving and warm through for 10 minutes.
