Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Peel and slice the potatoes into uniform thin rounds.
  3. In a bowl, mix sour cream, cheddar cheese, melted butter, salt, pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer half of the potatoes and spoon half of the creamy mixture over them. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake uncovered for an additional 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
