  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  2. Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain.

  4. Add flour while whisking to avoid lumps; cook for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Gradually whisk in heavy cream until the sauce thickens.
  6. Stir in cheddar and parmesan until melted.
  7. Combine cooked pasta with cheese sauce until evenly coated.
  8. Transfer to a greased baking dish; top with panko breadcrumbs.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
