  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by finely chopping onion, mincing garlic, grating carrot, and chopping celery.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the onion until translucent (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add ground beef and pork sausage; cook until browned (8-10 minutes).
  4. Stir in grated carrot and chopped celery; cook until softened (about 4 minutes).
  5. Mix in minced garlic and nutmeg; stir for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Gradually pour in milk; let simmer on low heat for at least 30 minutes to meld flavors.
